1. Who we are

ExamPass AI ("ExamPass", "we", "us") provides AI-assisted preparation for Nigerian secondary school examinations — JAMB, WAEC, NECO and GCE — delivered primarily through WhatsApp, with a supporting web portal for computer-based test (CBT) practice and progress reporting.

By messaging our WhatsApp number or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Who may use ExamPass AI

ExamPass AI is built for students preparing for Nigerian secondary school examinations. Many of our users are under 18.

If you are under 18, you may use ExamPass AI only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. Any payment must be made by, or with the express approval of, a parent, guardian or other adult responsible for you.

If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for payments made from your account or card, and for supervising your child's use of the service.

3. What ExamPass AI is — and is not

ExamPass AI is a study tool. It provides past examination questions, AI-generated explanations, practice tests, written-answer feedback and revision reminders.

We do not guarantee any examination result, score, or admission outcome. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or any examination body. We do not supply examination questions in advance, and we will never claim to.

AI-generated explanations and grading are aids to learning, not authoritative marking. They can be wrong. Always check important answers against your syllabus, textbooks and teachers.

4. Accounts

Your account is identified by your WhatsApp phone number. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can message us from it can reach your account.

Accounts are for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer your account or subscription.

5. Free trial and subscriptions

New users may receive a limited free trial. Trial length, message limits and feature access are set by us and may change. Trials are one per phone number. Attempting to obtain repeated trials through multiple numbers or other means may result in your access being restricted.

Paid plans give access to additional features for a fixed period, starting when payment is confirmed. Current plans and prices are shown on our website and in WhatsApp before you pay.

Plans do not renew automatically. When your plan period ends, access simply returns to the free level until you choose to pay again. We will not debit you without a new, explicit purchase.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not see or store your full card details. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change; any change applies to future purchases, never to a plan period you have already paid for.

If your payment succeeds but your access does not activate, contact us — we will resolve it. Our systems also reconcile payments automatically.

7. Refunds

Because access is granted immediately and digital content is consumed at once, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind.

We will refund you where you were charged more than once for the same plan, where you paid but access was never granted and we cannot fix it, or where the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period during your paid plan.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference.

8. Messages you receive from us

We reply to messages you send. With your consent, we may also send you revision reminders and daily practice prompts.

You can stop these at any time by replying STOP. Stopping reminders does not cancel your subscription or delete your account — you can still message us and use the service normally.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ExamPass AI for anything other than your own study.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, bulk-copy or resell our question bank or explanations.
• Use the service to cheat in a live examination, or to help anyone else do so.
• Send abusive, harassing, unlawful or sexually explicit content.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Impersonate another person, or create accounts to abuse free trials or referrals.

We may suspend or terminate access — without refund — for serious or repeated breaches.

10. Referrals

You may invite friends using your referral link. Rewards are at our discretion and may change. Self-referral, fake accounts and other manipulation will void rewards and may result in suspension.

11. Our content

Past examination questions remain the property of their respective examination bodies. Our explanations, software, design, and the structure and compilation of our materials are ours. You may use them for personal study only.

12. Availability

We aim to keep ExamPass AI running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We depend on third parties — including WhatsApp, our AI providers and our hosting and payment providers — and on your network connection. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product develops.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for examination results, admission outcomes, lost study time, or indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using ExamPass AI at any time. To have your account and data deleted, message us on WhatsApp — see our Privacy Policy for how that works.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we must do so for legal or safety reasons.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use ExamPass AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
